WATER CONSERVATION: Water operations at Cressbrook Dam are back online following days of emergency works from Ergon Energy and our staff. However, while systems come back up to full operational speed we're urging everyone on the Toowoomba Bulk Water Supply to continue conserving water. Read more here.

Elections

Local government elections for Toowoomba Region are held every four years. The next Council election is scheduled for 28 March 2020. During election time candidates need to follow certain rules and protocols. Residents will notice election related signs during this time. All local government elections are managed by Electoral Commission Queensland (1300 881 665).
