Sale of land for overdue rates or charges

Further to Council’s advertisements that appeared in the Courier Mail, The Toowoomba Chronicle and Queensland Government Gazette on 20 July 2018, the following are the full notices which details each of the overdue rates or charges on the lands, the terms of Council’s resolution to sell the lands and the relevant provisions of the Local Government Regulation 2012.
