Obtaining your child's vaccination record

The Council Immunisation Clinic is no longer in operation and all records have been submitted to Queensland Health and/or Federal Government databases as required. If your child received a vaccination at one of our weekly clinics or school programs, visit the Queensland Health Website or call 13 43 25 84 to find the immunisation record.

If you require information on vaccines that were administered by someone other than us, such as another service provider in the city, intrastate, interstate or overseas, contact the original provider or Queensland Health on 13 43 25 84.

Alternatively, you may contact the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register (ACIR). The register was set up in 1996 to keep records of the vaccinations administered to children under the age of seven. If your child was born in 1996 or after, you may request a statement from them. The ACIR can be contacted on 1800 653 809 or by visiting the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register website. You will need to have your Medicare number ready.
