THRIVE

Hikers giving thumbs up

THRIVE aims to inspire and encourage women and girls of all ages to lead healthy and happy lives by participating in a range of fun and social activities now available throughout the Toowoomba Region.

Check out the Spring / Summer 2017-18 schedule in the blue headings below for yoga, hula hooping, mindful walking, zumba / konga, kickboxing, body-weight classes, bushwalking, mountain biking, kayaking, archery tag, magical parks and cycling sessions near you.  All activities are free or low-cost, and are perfect for beginners. Most activities are suitable for a range of ages, but you can confirm any age limitations by contacting the activity providers listed.

Forget about ability or perfection – THRIVE is about women and girls trying something new, meeting different people, enjoying fun times with friends and family, boosting energy levels and feeling great!

How to book

For more information or to book, contact the activity provider listed below (by phone or email) or you can click here to book into one or more activities online.

Participant agreement

All THRIVE activity participants will be required to complete a participant agreement form prior to joining activities.  How you book into activities will determine how to complete this form:

  • Participants joining by phone or email:  Complete a hard-copy form. You can complete the agreement by clicking here to download the participant agreement form. Print the form and complete, and give to your activity provider at the start of the activity. Or you can arrive a little earlier and the activity provider can give you a form to complete.
  • Participants joining online: The participant agreement is completed as part of the online booking form. You do not need to complete a hard-copy form.

Please note that you only need to complete the participant agreement once, not every time you are joining a THRIVE activity.
