THRIVE aims to inspire and encourage everyone of all ages to lead healthy and happy lives by participating in a range of fun and social activities now available throughout the Toowoomba Region.  

Check out the schedule in the blue headings below for upcoming activities such as; kayaking, bushwalks, trail yoga, high & low ropes, rock climbing, sailing, mountain biking, cycling, nature play and Magical Parks activities. All activities are FREE and are perfect for beginners.

Forget about ability or perfection – THRIVE is about trying something new, meeting different people, enjoying fun times with friends and family, boosting energy levels and feeling great!

  • Participants joining online (coming soon): By booking online you can register for multiple activities at a time.  The participant agreement is also completed as part of the online booking form. You do not need to complete a hard-copy form.

  • Participants joining by phone or email:  Contact the activity provider by phone or email to book your space and complete a hard-copy THRIVE - general participant agreement form. The participant agreement form must be given to your activity provider at the start of the activity. Or you can arrive a little earlier and the activity provider can give you a form to complete.

Please note that:

  • You only need to complete the participant agreement once, not every time you are joining a THRIVE activity (families can complete one form for all family members).
  • Online bookings are processed Monday to Friday during business hours, in the order they are received.
  • Bookings and participant agreement forms are not required for Magical Parks.
  • Participant agreement forms are not required for the Bike Buddies program.
