Highfields Cultural Centre features a large and versatile purpose built auditorium. This space can be easily adapted to suit most events from tricky break-outs to a full theatrical performance, while still hosting intimate weddings and dinners. With a space to suit any event, the Highfields Cultural Centre offers diversity in the form of several break-out areas including the boardroom, rear bar, garden area, stage, mezzanine and community corner.

No two events are the same and we will work with you to customise a plan to suit your function needs. Arrange a tour and meeting with one of our Function Coordinators, so that we can show you the capabilities of the centre and what we have to offer for your next event.

hccrogersroom1There are five spaces available to suit all your conference, meeting, breakout and exhibition needs. Each room can be personalised to your workshop’s specification and delegate needs.

Catering is generally served in our bar area with access to our spacious garden. With a covered outdoor area, it is an ideal space for your delegates to stretch their legs between sessions.

The bar can also be made available for after conference canapes and refreshments at the end of a long day or continue you onto a formal dinner.

Peter Rorke auditorium

The is a versatile space that can easily be adapted to your exhibition, workshop or performance. Air-conditioned year round, the space has no columns or pillars and can be customised to suit your needs.This space can be easily adapted to suit most events from tricky break-outs to a full theatrical performance, while still hosting intimate dinners. The space also includes a full-sized stage and dressing rooms.

Rogers room

The Rogers room is ideal for your next meeting, conference or training workshop. The room can accommodate boardroom, theatre, u-shape and workshop room formats. With black block-out curtaining, the room provides a private space to conduct business.

Punch

Our chef can cater to any function including meetings, conferences, dinners, networking events, cocktail parties, luncheons or breakfasts. If you have a menu or budget in mind, please contact the centre so we can personalise a menu to suit your requirements.

Our professional in-house chef can cater to your every whim from freshly baked muffins on arrival to a feast spanning morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Why not wind down afterwards with canapés and drinks or even a dinner? All of this with a variety of menu options to keep things fresh and engaging.

We are happy to cater for anyone with special dietary needs, such as vegetarians, vegans, diabetics and food intolerances, provided we are advised in advance.

We generally serve our meals in the rear bar area where your delegates will be able to mingle and make use of our outdoor eating area. Our outdoor garden area also can be used for team building activities such as volleyball.
