Community liaison officers

We have seven Community Liaison Officers (CLOs) based across the region including Toowoomba city. 

Community Liaison Officers (CLO’s) are the link between Council and the community, particularly community groups or not-for-profits. They’re the first point of contact that groups can work with to understand and receive information relating to initiatives or programs such as Council’s funding support grants. CLO’s can even assist in identifying suitable external funding bodies to help for larger projects. For groups looking to increase their membership or profile, CLO’s can assist with registrations on Council’s My Community Directory. It’s free to register.
