When calculating application fees for a development application, there are many things you will need to take into consideration. Fees to consider, include, but aren’t limited to:
- base fees for all uses involved, and all aspects of development involved
- overlay fees
- staging fees
- report fees, for submission of specialist technical reports
Application fees are a mandatory part of lodging a development application and as such, they must be paid at the time of lodgement.
