When calculating application fees for a development application, there are many things you will need to take into consideration. Fees to consider, include, but aren’t limited to:
- base fees for all uses involved, and all aspects of development involved
- overlay fees
- staging fees
- report fees, for submission of specialist technical reports

The schedule of Fees and Charges identifies that there are two levels of complexity for technical or specialist reports submitted as part of an application or request. The schedule provides separate fees for the assessment of simple and complex technical/specialist reports.
