Approval is required before driving a vehicle into a park, to access either the park itself or to access private property through the park. Temporary vehicle access will be considered for activities like fence contruction, building works or removal of private vegetation e.t.c.

The submission of this application does not guarantee an approval for park access.
A minimum of 10 business days is required for processing this application. If approval is granted, an approval letter outlining conditions, applicable fees and bond will be sent to you.
If your application is successful, any applicable fees and charges will be outlined in your approval letter. To view fees that may be applicable to your application – refer to our online fees and charges.
Adjoining property owners to Council parkland are entitled to two free applications per financial year for a maximum duration of three days per application.
