How to obtain a copy of your CURRENT rate or water rate notice

There are two ways to obtain a copy of your current financial year's rate or water notice. Copies of notices are only available to the ratepayer, real estate agent (by authority from owner), or acting solicitor.

1. Submit your request via writing, by email, in person or by telephone. There will be no charge for the copy of the current rate or water rate notice.

2. You can view rate/water rate notices online for free as a registered user. First you need to register (see instructions below), your details will be verified and then you can log into our online services and view your notices.

Registration instructions

      1. Click the 'Register' link at top right of screen.
      2. Complete the 'New user registration' online form and [Submit]. There are three pages to this form - the last will prompt you to set a password.
      3. Council staff will verify your details and enable your account. This is typically completed within two working days.

At the completion of this process you will be able to view your rate/water rate notices and other account details.

As a registered user:

      1. Click the 'Sign in' link at the top right of screen.
      2. Enter your username and password. Use the 'Forgotten your password' link at the bottom of screen if you need assistance.
      3. Under 'My Property' click on 'Property Assessment'
      4. Click on your reference number.
      5. Click on 'Attachments'
      6. Click on Link to open the attachment.

 

How to obtain a copy of a PAST/HISTORICAL rate or water rate notice

Contact us for copies of rate and water rate notices issued prior to the current financial year. Copies of notices are only available to the ratepayer, real estate agent (by authority from owner), or acting solicitor. Please check the fee for this service in our fees and charges.
