We change ownership records once we receive official notification from Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy - Land and Property. We can't accept a change of ownership request directly from the (new or old) owner. Other documentation to change ownership details (i.e. death/marriage/name certificate) are also not accepted.

Change of address for services

Using our online service request system you are able to update your contact details using our Change of address online form.

Instructions

  1. The entry screen is used for multiple purposes so when providing change of address details; just [Skip] the first step (Search for locations using address details).
  2. Enter your details and click [Next].
  3. Confirm all your details are correct, enter a password. You may wish to print this page if you wish to keep a record of the submission before it is sent. Click [Next].
  4. Record the transaction reference number and date / time.

Your details will be processed by Council staff. If follow-up is required, you will be contacted using the information you provided.
