A current rates/water rates balance enquiry is generally undertaken on or before settlement date to confirm the current balance as further rates, charges or interest may have been charged or a payment received. It is recommended you obtain a Rates search for conveyancing purposes.

Half yearly rates/water rates amount

If you are selling a property, you can obtain the half-yearly rates/water rates amount. Please contact our customer service centre on 131 872 or email info@tr.qld.gov.au. You will need to provide the property address or lot and plan details before the information can be provided.
