Check the status of a development application

To check the status of a current development application, use our property development application and search tool, Development.i.

To perform an application enquiry search:

Open Development.i
Enter the location into ‘Location search’ if you know it and select the address from the list that appears, or click on ‘Application search’ and the application number if you know it.
Once the search results are displayed, click ‘Details’ on the relevant location or application
The application details will display
To see the application documents, click ‘Application documents’ under 'More details' on the right and a new tab will open with relevant documents.

Application details (names and status etc) are updated throughout each work day. Related documents (PDFs) are updated nightly.
