Building a rural shed or farm shed may be considered accepted development and may not require a building application, although they must still comply with the relevant building and planning codes and regulations.

  • The farm shed does not form any part of a pool or pool fence

If the farm shed meets all of the requirements above, a building or siting application is not required to be submitted.
